Yep, Still alive 🀣 oh myyyyy ..... It is no joke to exercise with 2 kids πŸ™ˆ
BUT I am managing to fit in a couple of home sessions or jogs a week! Here ' s a quick "pick me up" workout .... HIIT workouts usually work wonders to boost my moods and energy levels.
I did these exs 20 secs on 10 secs rest (tabata style, used tabata music on YouTube), then I repeated the whole thing 5 times (even if you do it just once or twice, you still did a great job! )
You can opt for low impact in the first 4 exs (just don't jump), make sure you engage the core, draw your belly button in and activate your pelvic floor. If you feel like you are doming (especially in the 5th and 8th exercise) just stay on your knees.
Hope you enjoy it and most of all I hope I motivated at least one other Mama to exercise today!

In an ideal world I'm with my hair done, make up on, wearing trainers and gym wear and you know... Looking perfect πŸ™ˆπŸ€£ not in PJs, flipflops and messy hair bun up. And yes I'm in the balcony forsi zzomm kalma 🀷
BUT THIS IS NOT REALITY... for me anyway.... Joy seems to be suffering from reflux... Not that you ever know what the heck is going on. But anyway, one of the very few ways she is comfy, calm and not crying is in the baby wrap. I'm not managing much exercise but I came up with a few exercises that I do daily when we're like this... And I really wanted to share to help other Mama's out who wish to exercise and are in the same boat. This way at least I make use of the time . I know many of you can relate❀️ Always make sure the baby is secure and safe.Hope this helps x x x

It is all raw and quick, no editing,no make up... Just a mum of 2 trying to fit in a few minutes of exercise and sharing it with other mums with the hope of motivating at least one other mum to stay active. Don't aim for a lot... How for 5 minutes and if u get more it's a bonus!

I am back!!! I hope I manage to continue posting and sharing my postpartum recovery journey here! Here are a few simple exercises which you can do safely in the very beginning.
I am only 8 days postpartum after c section, and I wasn't exercising enough during pregnancy so I will be taking it very slow.
There's no editing here, raw footage directly uploaded so excuse the fancy look, style and shape but this is reality, my body just grew a tiny human and although I can't say that I am comfortable in this shape, I am proud of what my body did for the second time round. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions

When I got pregnant this time round I was determined to be as active as I was last time.... but I really failed. I can honestly say that I feel the difference, I am not as strong and flexible as the first time... a HUGE DIFFERENCE!
But I still want to share the channel with other mums. These are workouts I did during my first pregnancy. Feel free to follow and use!

May I kindly ask you all to SIGN AND SHARE this petition please. In all the hospital, one relative is allowed to visit even if its from another household, yet our own children WHO ARE FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD won't be allowed to visit us in the maternity ward after birth. If the mother undergoes a Ceserian this could even mean 3 to 5 days. To top it off this makes it harder for the older sibling to adapt when the the newborn baby arrives (after 4 days not seeing their mother, all of a sudden she comes home with a new baby?!)

Accept siblings of same household to visit Mum & Baby sibling

Hey Mama's can you help us by sharing this petition?
