🩷I don't talk about myself much, but today I'm going to tell you more about my career path and the steps I took before arriving on your beautiful island.
I've already written an article on this subject (September 2024) in which I detail my qualifications more precisely. Today, I'm going to focus more on how I got here.✨

At the age of 14, I started thinking about my future career path, as my school required me to do so. I did an internship at a beauty salon, as I already had a desire to care for others.
The result? I loved it! It confirmed my desires and reinforced my choices.
At 15, I discovered the school I wanted to attend during a one-day immersion programme. I was convinced, I convinced my parents, and at the start of the next school year, I was accepted into this private school. (THANK YOU to my parents)
Then the first year passed and I was overcome with doubt.
Should I continue? Is this profession important? Isn't it too superficial? Is it as useful as my sister's, who will soon be a physiotherapist?...
Once I refocused and felt reassured, I regained confidence in my abilities, and off I went again.

In April, at the age of 20, I left school with my state diplomas, professional certificates and experience gained between school and the professional world.
In June, I had a job interview. I was hired.
From then on, I assisted my boss in almost every stage of setting up the business. This mainly involved researching cosmetics brands, training, creating the brochure, monitoring the work, etc.
September saw the grand opening!
The adventure begins in this beauty and wellness salon. It meets my expectations: small, intimate and family-run, with an innovative spirit combining aesthetics and Chinese medicine.

Nine years passed, during which I continued to enrich myself with new body and facial techniques, opened my mind, learned, discovered, refined my touch and my feelings, gained confidence and built customer loyalty.

Then I felt the urge for a change. So I needed a break! (My boss agreed to let me take several months off and then come back. It was unpaid leave).
✈️So my partner and I set off for five months in Asia and Oceania. This new backpacking adventure delighted us, stimulated us, enriched us with new cultures and broadened our horizons.
That was the trigger! We wanted to move somewhere else and have new experiences. Our favourites? New Zealand and Cambodia. But a little too far for a first expatriation.

In July 2018, we came for a week's holiday, including two days in Gozo. And we said to ourselves: ‘It'll be Gozo!’

In November 2018, I left my job, not without tears, because it was my second home and I had a strong connection to it. But this first part of my life is engraved in my heart and in my memory.

February 2019, we arrived on this beautiful island.

October 2019, after months of research, creation, set-up, etc., I opened MY salon.😁
And you know the rest! Not forgetting Covid-19, which added to the challenge. Obviously, otherwise it would be too easy!😒

In 2025⏳, I'm still here, and it's thanks to you! A BIG THANK YOU. I continue to evolve and, above all, to support you and provide you with unique moments of well-being, using my techniques and my vision. Thank you for your trust. I look forward to meeting you if you don't know me yet.

When I'm sometimes tired, when I sometimes have slumps, when I get disrespectful requests, or have doubts about what I'm doing and I read a comment like that left by a client after his massage, it's heart-warming..
