I am beyond excited to share with you my new morning yoga challenge SIMPLY 10 where we will practise 10 minutes of yoga every day for 10 days.
I designed the SIMPLY 10 Morning Yoga Challenge to make morning movement feel simple, doable, and grounding.
Each 10 minute practice creates a gentle ritual that supports busy mornings, builds consistency, and helps you start the day with clarity, confidence, and calm. It's a simple way to reconnect with your body and breath, feel successful in small steps, and move through your day with more presence.
The SIMPLY 10 Morning Yoga Challenge starts on MONDAY 6th APRIL, 2026. It is 100% free and suitable for all experience levels.
