I would like to explain about my very friendly stalker leaving nasty and untrue comments all over Facebook.
This was someone that I tried to assist over 15 years of Therapy. Working every other Sunday morning as it was her most suitable time of the week to relax.
I discounted my services and enabled her to receive regular sessions to assist in every way I could.
Eventually I felt after many many years that this had to come to an end for me.
I was not seeing any positive results week after week, month after month, year after year.
Negativity, blame and inability to help oneself was no longer a viable way to move forward to achieve a healthier and more positive lifestyle.
I know I did my upmost, and have no regrets of all the effort, time and love I put into this person.
Though for my own well being it was time to let this client go.
Sadly she is a very unhappy person and this attack is proof of her internal anger and blame.
I still wish you well Silvana Grech and truly hope you find peace and a new therapist that can assist you further in the future.

I have now had four wonderful sessions with the lovely Mary. Each session has been very different from the others and they have all helped hugely with me dealing with the emotional and physical effects of my sudden and fairly stressful loss of vision and subsequent loss of independence. Mary has helped in a holistic way with massage on my head, back, shoulders and neck to release the tension that had been stored there but, even more effectively, has worked me through a range of strategies including breathing techniques and using crystal stones to support my body and mind to realign itself. Yesterday was an incredible reflexology session … I’m walking on air today! 👣 😊 I thoroughly recommend an appointment with her … 😘

Thank you to the 2 clients that took todays healing sessions this morning.
Both sessions were very different, and energy was aimed at reaching the higher self, releasing tension from the body, and deeply restoring much needed awareness of the self and the relation with the body throughout both sessions.
We disconnect in times of extreme stress, we become mainly focused on 'the problem', and lose touch with our breath and ability to relax.
A massive part of my work now is aimed at the breath and the effect it has when used properly throughout the physical body.
