Seasonaly I will be focussing a bit more on flu season herbal remedies ~ fire ciders, syrups, tinctures, chest balms.

FORAGING VACATION IN ASTURIAS • SPAIN
I'm midway through my much needed vacation and want to share the beauty of this place. It's been magical & mystical. Nature, mountains and woodland creatures immersive, still so much to explore, so little time left. Holidays with old friends who are herbalists and nature lovers as well is 10/10 for me! I've popped into Barcelona during my layover and nothing beats the view of misty mountains, trees and old huts.

There is so many herbs that are absolutely thriving and I'm taking some back with me. Turkey tail mushrooms, rosehips, rose petals and some very special and magical infusions.

I feel reenergized and so happy to come back and continue with things I love ~ foraging walks, medicinal making workshops and markets in Gozo and Malta.

has now Sundays artisinal markets, which I will sometimes participate in, to connect to people of Malta and explain what my herbal offerings are.

Thank you so much! Yesterdays Herbal medicine workshop ~ Flu season was such a joy to teach. Always a pleasure to have people who are into holistic medicine/alternative medicine/herbal medicine around. I love sharing what I know and also brainstorming about different herbal remedies with people. Such creative ideas can come through when we learn about herbs and their actions and then tuning into ourselves and remedies that could work for us specifically.

I will be in Spain next week, foraging, enjoying beauty of national parks, forests, mountains. And when back, I will be leading few foraging walks, I will do few general ones and then also do a cross between specific herbs & remedies for certain conditions. And will repeat this workshop again as the flu season is approaching and the knowledge I share in this one is so helpful. And remedies made can be also given to children.

I am happy to announce a gardening session for kids in collaboration with Planet Patrol! 👩‍🌾🥳 It will happen this Sunday from 3-5pm at .mt & kitchen garden in Xaghra and we will take on a project of making a raised bed, prepping our soil mix, getting some seeds, seedlings and plants in and mulching! All exciting stuff for self sufficiency if you don't have your own land, but have a balcony or a rooftop.

The age group is from toddlers up to 7-8 year olds.
