- Weekend Retreats My Pachamama Studio arose from my passion to welcome you in a sacred and safe space and provide a dose of serenity and peace, where you can unwind from daily life, calm the senses and give yourself quality time. My journey started in 201

5, when I came to Gozo for the first time. The beautiful and transformative 10 days of that training were so powerful, that I decided to settle in the island. I have continued to experience the benefits of gradually opening my own heart and expanding my connectedness with Mother Earth and the rest of humanity. I have found useful tools that enabled me to continually grow and I attend different gatherings, circles and retreats to facilitate that. This pursuit of inner growth and peace led me to fly to the Sacred Valley of Peru, which is a home of native Quechuas. I experienced firsthand the sacred medicine, women’s circles, and gained some understanding of the Quechuas knowledge. I brought all of these experiences, gently tucked away in my heart, back to Gozo, where I continued the journey into myself. This journey revealed some significant learning curves for me; I could no longer postpone embarking on the inner work which entailed learning to accept myself fully, to grow my self-respect and genuine self-love rather than getting caught up in judging myself. Finally, my intuition brought me to India, which is where the idea of creating Pachamama Studio first arose. During my two month stay in India, I graduated from a yoga teacher course, which once again reminded me how important our human bodies are. During the training I also received advanced instruction in meditation, mantras, and Pranayama practices, which helped me quit smoking for good. Since then I became a passionate advocate of the Pranayama breathing exercises! After returning to Gozo from my trip to India, I was filled with new ideas and was determined to put the vision into life and share my love, gratitude and life experience with my clients. This when Pachamama Studio came into life. It is now open to anyone who would like to sample some of the bliss, tranquility, joy, love and acceptance that I have found during my travels and the inner journey I underwent along the way.

Air is the manifestation of movement, freshness, communication and of the intelligence. Sound is another manifestation of this element. As an element, it is invisible, but its reality can be felt in the air that we breathe in every day

To connect with the power of this element, find a place with clean air and breathe deeply, touch a feather or inhale the fragrance of a heavily scented flower. Let yourself experience the energy of this element, and reflect that we also possess Air energy within ourselves.

In magical terms, Air is the power of the mind, the force of intellect, inspiration, imagination. It is ideas, knowledge, dreams and wishes. Air is the element of new life and new possibilities and is essential to spells and rituals of travel, instruction, finding lost items, some types of divination, and freedom. Air aids us in visualization, a vital technique in magic.

Air is a masculine element and governs the magick of the four winds. It is the vital spirit passing through all things, giving life to all things, moving and filling all things.

The Element of Air is a light, active element and is contrary to Earth. It is associated with the qualities of darkness, thinness and motion.
