🌴f you are beginner to intermediate level come join my fun park fitness group in Qala.

This is a small group of women who meet every week for a light cardio. weights, core and stretch session.

On: Mondays 4.30-5.30pm (weather permitting)
Cost: €40 for 5 classes

My specialist pregnancy fitness & wellbeing sessions will:

🩷 Help you maintain your strength and tone with gentle, full-body workouts
🩡 Prepare you for a positive birth experience
❀️ Plan for your postnatal recovery and teach you the best nutrition tips to help you heal
πŸ’› Support you by meeting other mums-to-be in an empowering environment
πŸ’œ Introduce the light pregnancy core exercises to help keep tummy muscle separation in check and your pelvic floor healthy.

Ideal for: After 12-weeks of pregnancy or initial scans. Any woman can join providing you do not have any medical conditions preventing exercise in pregnancy.

Join for 1:1 sessions or my latest small group is currently meeting on Wednesdays at 4pm at Kinetika gym Xewkija (days and times are flexible according to the group 😊)

I believe in making fitness available to all - my clients range in age from their teens to late 70s, some have never exercised, are recovering from injury, or want to exercise during pregnancy or after baby.

I have available:

🌞 Outdoor, home* or gym personal training sessions in Gozo for individuals, partners or small groups

🐣πŸ₯ Health & Fitness sessions for pregnant and postnatal women, either 1:1 or a new group class coming up this month

πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Soulfit Circuits, a fun & total-body workout for all, high or low-impact, with weights, cardio intervals, core & stretch. Wednesdays - 9.15-10.15am - Kinetika Xewkija.

I have a couple of spaces available on a private postnatal fitness & nutrition course starting next week πŸ’«

This will be an outdoor class in Qala, Gozo, and you are welcome to bring your baby.

When: x2 sessions per week.
🩷 Tuesdays 10.15-11.15am and:
🩡 Thursdays 10-11am.

From Tuesday 6th May - Thursday 30th May.

Cost: €80.
