Meet Nadine Gatt 👋, our Director of Manufacturing at Teva Malta.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Nadine leads with integrity, drives operational excellence, and inspires a strong culture of collaboration across teams.

Her journey at Teva began in the Validation Department, progressing through roles in project management and technical leadership, eventually taking the reins of both the Manufacturing and MS&T teams.

What keeps her motivated?
💬 “The team. Watching people come together to overcome challenges is incredibly powerful. Even after two decades, the learning never stops.”

Her leadership philosophy?
