It was perhaps the most magical one with the combination of rainbows, rain drops, sun coming out and the moon rising above the mountain as a back drop 🌈

And most importantly our beautiful community of yogies coming together as a collective 💗

Last Thursday for Sunset 🌕 🌅 ✨️

We celebrated the Full Moon and came together for some breathing, some mouvement in meditation, and some introspection.

I love how this one hour for sunset feels like time stops. Just a moment for us to feel what's going on inside.

Gratitude for our beach home, our mountains, our oceans, and this community 🙏🧡

Sound Frequency is the base and foundation of all creation, connection, being and living.

Sound is the vibration that makes up our entire universe.

Sound is born from Silence and dies back into Silence.

In fact, we are born from sound. The first thing we do coming into life is to make a sound ;)

There is no organ system in the body that's not affected by sound, music and vibration.

You can look at physical diseases as a form of frequency disharmony ☯️

Yoga beleives that the sound OM is the container and the creator of the universe.

Om is the divine universal sound that makes up all the other sounds.

The sound of you own voice is also believed to be the one tone and frequency that has the power to heal your cells.

By Singing, Chanting and Immersing yourself in healing sound, you naturally rebalance all things within 🌌
