2025 has been a year of big movements, transitions, and realignments. ✨🌍
From a new country, new energy, and a new way of living, it was time for Concept Aryo Wellness to align too. 💪🏾🔥

With immense gratitude and excitement, I’m thrilled to announce that Concept Aryo Wellness is officially settling in Barcelona for 2026. 🏙️🇪🇸
Barcelona is now my base for life and work, but my mission stays the same: supporting you worldwide through personalized online coaching. 🌐💻

For those who’ve followed me from Switzerland, Mauritius, or elsewhere, nothing changes in our connection: remote coaching continues, and this new chapter will let me deliver even more value, inspiration, and projects. ❤️🗺️

Reprise régulière 💪🏾

Entre les cours privés, les sessions virtuelles et la vie de maman à Barcelone… je reprends enfin le sport pour moi, avec constance.
Merci au club .club à deux pas de la maison, et à pour l’équipement au top 👟💻
Et surtout, un grand merci à Jeremy qui garde Neo pendant mes entraînements — sans toi, rien de tout ça ne serait possible 🙏🏾💛

Mother’s Day Yoga Brunch – Energy at the Sky Bar

This morning’s Yoga brunch at the Sky Bar was pure magic. In celebration of Mother’s Day here in Spain, I gathered with an amazing circle of local Spanish and international mothers for a soulful morning above the city.

We moved, we laughed, we shared — and the energy was simply unforgettable. Deeply grateful for this nourishing moment and the inspiring women who showed up with open hearts.

Concept Aryo Wellness has now officially landed in Barcelona, and this is just the beginning! Exciting collaborations are already blooming in my head and I can’t wait to co-create more meaningful experiences in this vibrant city.

Looking at the horizon and getting ready for the new challenges that life has brought to Jeremy Baraldi and myself lately.

This recent event made me think that this is maybe time to reconnect with my island and develop the pillars of the company I created few years ago in Switzerland here in Mauritius.

Hello les CAWies!

YAY c’est jedredi 🥳🥳🥳

Je voulais vous partager une video avec mon programme d’entraînement d’hier au fitness du .

J’ai débuté la séance par du rameur sur le de Technogym. Ce qui est intéressant avec cet appareil c’est que l’on peut enclencher le et faire des exercices de renforcement ciblés.

Comme vous pouvez le voir sur la vidéo on peu sortir de l’ordinaire en dissociant simplement le haut du bas du corps pour les mouvements sur le rameur.

La suite des exercices s’est fait sur le pour de simples mouvements sur la première série et des progressions sur la deuxième avec pas mal d’actions qui engageaient la ceinture abdominale 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
