Founded on October 2004 of A&V Forme et Sante Company Limited. Espace Sante Fitness & Medical Center has 2 branch in Mauritius namely Central Flacq and Grand Baie. Our aim is to create a system where our customers have a better understanding of their health.We provide personalised training and mentoring towards a healthy living; free from myths of crash course dieting and misleading pharmaceutical brands. We believe that the new generation’s lifestyle pertaining to eating habit, exercise and fitness are disorganised and lacking a balance which is not enabling them to attain the results they wish. Here at our Espace santé family we encourage routine and techniques which can be easily followed in the day to day busy life of our customers. We not only cater to the fitness aspect of an individual, we also focus on the medical demands of our customers. As in at the time of enrolment, every member would get a full physical check up .On the basis of this musculoskeletal assessments record a training regime would be assigned to the member by our trainers. We are not your average fitness centre, we comprise several divisions which can help to promote overall development of our members.
