We're excited to announce that FITPROHEAL LTD is looking for a fitness trainer and a cleaner ( Part time) to join our team! If you're passionate about fitness and have experience in either of these fields, we'd love to hear from you.

Our studio is equipped with all you need to get your functionality and result and will soon offer a range of classes to help our clients achieve their fitness goals. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who are dedicated to helping our clients live their healthiest lives.

Welcome to FITPROHEAL LTD
We First want to thank our Valuable personal training clients that stay with us and learn a lot about their bodies , their functionality, their capacity and are able to be pain free, for even being able to boost their performance. no matter if it was for functional rehabilitation ,or weight loss and performance .
To see you guys reach your goal and mostly enjoying life again is our GOAL at FITPROHEAL LTD ....

We Are now expanding our services with our new Studio dedicated only for Personal training sessions. and group classes ( coming soon).
Our aim again is to make our Valuable Client get better in terms of mobility, Performance and Aesthetic . Health is our main objective ,being pain free and learning to manage around the " why Is it paining "instead of having to take drugs (medicine ) , pain killers , NSAID.

Some pathologies are here for so long... But if you've been in a physical activity that gets your body in a way that it's stable, strong, and got lots of endurance, you won't feel any pain or even sign of pathology... But as soon as you stop your activities you get weaker and more muscle atrophy and pain started to flare up...

Exercise is not the same as we were doing in the past years, what is different. Is it the exercise itself? No.
We have change, we have became less active,we have less endurance, less mobility. So when we try to Start exercising we get all sorts of pain, tendons, joints, get inflame thus creating more pain overtime and reducing mobility further more.
We are here to prevent that. And make your transition in your New you much more secure and with faster progression. The only pain(beneficial) you'll feel will be muscular, and won't affect your joints.

1st step.... We all need to set goals it's true that we who are used to sport and has already got it in our routine is easier to keep at it.. But what happen to all of you who have postponed since so long about getting into physical activities.
