I specialize in working with people who feel they are "stuck" in unproductive patterns in their lives and relationships, and help them understand and move out of them. Services include but are not limited to Individual Counselling, Couples & Family Counselling, working on Motivation and Performance; Stress Reduction; Inner Child work; Age & Past Life regression; Weight Loss; Smoking Cessation; Working on Grief, Loss, Anxieties, Fears, and Compulsions; Pain Management; Insomnia, and Habit Control.
