After this intense Full Moon, something became very clear.

India reminded me that growth is not aesthetic.
It’s not incense and sunsets.

It’s often sleepless nights.
Sometimes food poisoning.
Lots of doubt.
Ego deaths.
Loneliness.

It’s sitting with discomfort long enough to see yourself clearly.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but this is something I needed to understand myself.

Growth is staying when it’s uncomfortable.
Self-respect is leaving when it’s misaligned.

Some discomfort expands you.
Some slowly disconnects you from yourself.

Knowing the difference is discernment.

I didn’t come back enlightened.
I came back clearer.

And clarity is quieter,
but far more powerful.
