What triggers food intolerance?💡

Food intolerance happens when your body has trouble digesting certain foods. Common triggers include:

🥛 Dairy – milk, cheese, ice cream
🥖 Gluten – bread, pasta, biscuits
🥤Fructose – certain fruits, honey, soft drinks
🍵 Caffeine – coffee, tea
🍬🍭Food additives – preservatives, colourings

Symptoms may include: bloating, gas, stomach discomfort, diarrhoea, nausea, or itchy skin.

Symptoms may appear up to 72 hours after eating the trigger food, so they are not always immediate and identifying triggers is the first step to feeling comfortable after meals.
