Because we certainly canโ€™t make more timeโ€ฆ we certainly canโ€™t pause it to decide. So weโ€™ve got to keep going and remain conscious while weโ€™re conscious and unbothered while we sleep โค๏ธ seeing you soon little ballerinas.. With among a body of incredible teachers in: Asana, Samkhya, Yoga Sutras, Anatomy, Nutrition, Diseases, teaching practice, Hatha Yoga philosophy, Ashtanga Yoga philosophy, the list goes on.

12 hours a day, 6 days a week, for 3 months. Sundays off the teacher training schedule. Ashram lifestyle unveiling all things, in each moment, of each sunrise to sunset day.

The two Gurus at the time, Hansaji and Dr Yojendra, giving us Parisamvad every morning.
