900 hour yoga teacher training 📍 Santa Cruiz, Mumbai, India 🇮🇳
With among a body of incredible teachers in: Asana, Samkhya, Yoga Sutras, Anatomy, Nutrition, Diseases, teaching practice, Hatha Yoga philosophy, Ashtanga Yoga philosophy, the list goes on.
12 hours a day, 6 days a week, for 3 months. Sundays off the teacher training schedule. Ashram lifestyle unveiling all things, in each moment, of each sunrise to sunset day.
The two Gurus at the time, Hansaji and Dr Yojendra, giving us Parisamvad every morning.
