Yoga means Union, unifying the breath, the mind and the body as one. Practising yoga enables being p Sarah teaches Hatha Yoga.

Hatha is Sanskrit for “Ha”-Sun “Tha”- Moon. Hatha is a yoga system of physical exercises and breathing control designed to calm the mind, work movement of the body and the breath together. Most yoga practiced today originates from Hatha Yoga, and many new styles today have developed from Hatha yoga.

💦 Aqua Yoga in Mauritius.

💦 Come and experience the postures of yoga in the pool surrounded by adylic gardens and the sounds of the birds. The water is healing & releasing.

💦 This session allows you to take time with yourself for self care, let go, be free to breathe out stress and breathe in New energy & wellbeing. Using the resistance of the water to work on your muscles and joints.

💦 Classes are every Wednesday, Thursday 9am
& Saturday 9.30am

Following the success of the last two workshops we are hosting another Infinite Yoga and Didgeridoo Sound Meditation session for a cause.

Together, Sarah and Janamodini wish to invite you for a wellness program on Saturday the 22nd of November 2025 in Petit Raffray at Yoga in the Sun studio.

We shall start with a 1he Yoga class by Sarah inspired by the first Yama of Hatha yoga "Ahimsa" "Infinite Love" Following the physical asana (posture and breathing (Pranayama) will be the Didgeridoo Sound Meditation which will be guided by Janamodini, along with Mindfulness, Relaxation, and moments of silence.

Combining a Yoga Class and a Sound meditation. This 2 hour immersive experience aims to bring harmony balance and find inner peace.

We aim to open your heart to healing through the physical practise of the asanas, postures and then journey into a sound bath for the mind and body to come into space of deep release and relaxation.

PALESTINE WILL BE FREE🍉🇵🇸

After joining a small WhatsApp group in Mauritius there has came community , connection and a small seed 🌱of hope.

We are ‘Never Again Olive Resistance’

A motley crew of strangers who have become family.

We organised our 2nd event yesterday.

A poetry POETEA celebrating the voices of Palestine 🇵🇸

Beautiful artists reciting poetry and performing music by Palestinian artists.

A marketplace selling Palestinian made goods - cola, clothing, olive oil, soap.

There is SO much richness in this culture - we CANNOT let it be forgotten or lost.

💰223,750 MUR = 4,972 USD💰

This is how much we raised from the event - going to 3 worthy causes.

💖 Al Jawad camp - supporting orphaned children with a safe space to be children.

💖 Gaza Poets society - promoting local Palestinian artists and keeping the spoken word - literally - alive.

💖 BASMA Association - sponsoring Palestine. Children orphaned

When we gave Fatima from BASMA the proceeds she wept - with this money she was able to continue sponsoring children she thought she may have to turn down.

😭 We wept too 😭

The wonderful Leila, the owner of Lea's cafe who hosted the event shared:

When students leave notes of happiness serrupticiously on envelopes💖

Teaching is a vocation.

I still remember my own teacher I trained with 20 years ago saying" know your worth". Do not be ashamed to be paid for what you teach.
Teaching, although a vocation, must give us an income and some security.

I am blessed to be able to teach from my heart 💖and give of myself to my students and be able to be an independant woman also💖

Client Feedback 🌿Pregnancy Yoga.

My wife has been in your prenatal sessions. The baby had difficulty to be in head down position and doctor was advising for CS. However with your guidance, she has been able to deliver normally with no complication at all. This is a big thank you from a father of a super healthy baby girl. God bless you Sarah. My wife is definitely coming for the post natal session and many other activites.😇
