💫 J’ai cru que plus je montais haut, plus je devais serrer les dents.
Mais mon corps a eu le dernier mot.
⚠️ Deux fois, dans le monde corporate, il m’a rappelé à l’ordre...
💥 À l’époque, je pensais que c’était un échec.
Aujourd’hui, je sais que c’était un langage.
🌿 Mon corps n’était pas contre moi, il était POUR moi.
Il me demandait de ralentir.
D’honorer mon rythme.
De rester dans mon alignement et ma vérité.
De me réapproprier mon énergie.
💛 Et si toi aussi tu écoutais ton corps, non comme un frein, mais comme une boussole ?

😁 Tu vois ce sourire, cette énergie, cette “normalité” que tu montres au monde ?
Parfois… ce n’est qu’un masque.
👉 Un masque pour cacher la fatigue invisible.
👉 Un masque pour tenir debout quand ton cerveau carbure déjà à 200%.
👉 Un masque qui épuise encore plus que le TDAH lui-même.
🖐🏽 Et un jour, ton corps dit STOP.
C’est ce qu’on appelle le burnout.
💡 Ce n’est pas une question de faiblesse.
Ce n’est pas parce que tu n’es “pas assez fort·e”.
C’est le résultat d’un effort permanent pour t’adapter à un monde qui ne voit pas toujours ta différence.
✨ La vérité ?
Tu n’es pas seul·e.
Et tu n’as pas à porter ce masque pour être aimé·e, respecté·e, ou “suffisant·e”.

C’est une manière unique de ressentir le monde, plus profondément, plus intensément, plus vrai & sans filtre.
🌿 Oui, parfois cela ressemble à un fardeau… mais c’est aussi une force : celle qui te rend attentif(ve), empathique, créatif(ve) & incroyablement vivant(e).
✨ Et si, à partir d’aujourd’hui, tu choisissais de la voir comme ton super-pouvoir plutôt que comme un poids ?
