Fit Tip Monday

Save some time from the gym by a 10 minutes cardio workout on your home treadmill.
Hop on your treadmill and setting it to brisk wall and start walking my having a three to five pound dumbbell in each hand. set your one minute target with shoulder presses, bicep curls front and side laterals and have an amazing upper body workout.
Repeat 2 or 3 times per week for better results
