We blend the most traditional forms of the ancient arts of Ayurveda and Yoga with modern therapies for physical, mental and spiritual wellness. We offer a wide range of treatments including physical rehabilitation, traditional Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Utwartana (Weight-loss), Pain-Killer bundle massages, Panchkarma detox, yoga, pranayama, mudra, meditation, juicing and dieting. Ayurveda is a science, a philosophy but above all, a union with Nature. Yoga is the practice of this science, bringing in a way of life or a self-discovering path in re-establishing Nature's connections with us, as our bodies host the same elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space just like these are present in Nature. Sannyasa Wellness and Spa boutiques are based in Switzerland, Mauritius and the Himalayas, integrating perfect natural environments as lakes, mountains, beaches, sea and rivers with the ancient wisdoms of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Yoga Retreat 93, the one before the last, filled my heart with gratitude and nostalgia, much like the bittersweet emotions of a last day at work. From the early morning classes on the beach to the late-night heart-to-heart conversations over shared traditional Ayurvedic meals created moments of profound connection and joy. - 15 workshops in Hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama, and Mudra targeted for physical, mental and spiritual Wellness. There are 3 classes daily starting 530am Pranayama on the beach, 4pm Hatha at the yoga shala and 7pm Meditation therapy in the meditation room.
- 6 nights accommodations - WiFi throughout all premises
- Vegetarian diet (breakfast and dinner)
