𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄👨‍⚕️

𝐃𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐝 is a Consultant in Occupational Medicine, with additional expertise in Dermatology. He was previously Adviser in Occupational Medicine and Head of the Occupational Health Unit, Ministry of Health, Mauritius. Harry has over 10 years experience of OH work in Mauritius and over 12 years experience of OH work in the UK, with a wide range of companies (transport, police, health care, local authorities). He is experienced in supporting managers when dealing with employees having complex health issues and challenging situations (union involvement, embittered employees with grievances, etc). He has worked as Occupational Health Specialist for various companies in Mauritius and is at present Consultant in Occupational Medicine in London, UK.

On the 3rd and final day of the conference, we had the honour to welcome seasoned professionals in the world of HR and human capital management as speakers. 👥 Conference: Psychological Health in the Workplace

On Day 2 of the conference, health specialists introduced us to the concepts of psychological health, and , and the different factors linked to , such as sleep, physical activity, nutrition and substance use. We also learnt how to achieve happiness and well-being through the PERMA theory.
