Yoga is the union of the body,mind,soul and spirit.
YOGA is derived from the sanskrit word 'YUJ' which means' to unite or integrate. Yoga is the progressive settling of the mind into silence.
Yama and Niyama are the basic foundation stones of yoga. We should observe Yama and Niyama before we step into Yoga practice.💌🧘‍♀️🌈🕉⚛☸🕉

Hello everyone. Am back with a very simple yoga asana ( Reclined pigeon pose part 1) for sciatica pain which you can practice anytime.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2. Lift your right foot off the ground and cross your right ankle over your left thigh in order to create a figure 4 shape.
3. Relax.. close your eyes and hands in gyan mudra( see picture) inhale and exhale (5-10mins). Then change.
Do it daily and let me know in the comment section. Thank you.
