A Green Tea story.

2 months ago, a patient came for treatment with 3 months knee Pain. I asked him," What is the reason ?" He replied," No idea."

I diagnosed his Tongue and Pulse. And I found his Tongue is very sticky and white. I asked again," Did you eat some Cold nature food, like Cucumber , Banana, ...? "

He answered," No!" Then I asked," Or did you drink tea?" He replied," Yes." I added," What kind of tea ?" He said," Green Tea. "
I said, " When did you start to drink Green Tea?"
He answered," 3 months ago." I asked," How long had you been suffering from your knees?"
He answered,"3 months!"
Now, the answer is very clear. The Cold nature food weakens the Qi , in (Indian Ocean) Medicine we may say ," Like slows down the circulation."

So, I recommended him to stop drinking the Green Tea and avoid eating too much Cold nature food.

After one week, he came back to see me. And told me that his knees were hundred percent better. He could run again without pain. He was very happy.

All my friends, if you have any pain on body. My advice is to reduce eating too much Cold nature food. I would say, " Be kind to your body. Don't break down the Qi when you have pain."
