We wish to inform you that classes at the BVYS centre will resume normally as from Friday 09 January 2026.
First Meditation class 2026 starts on Friday 09 January 2026 ( 7.00 pm - 8.15 pm),
First Yoga classes for 2026 start on Saturday 10 January 2026 (6.30 am- 7.30 am) and Thursday 15 January 2026 ( 5.00 pm - 6.00 pm).

“Charity is the act of turning compassion into action.”

Like every year, we had a wonderful day as we made a donation at Maharana Pratap Ashram in Belle Mare. We met the residents, spent time with them, and shared heartfelt conversations that truly touched us.
After the visit, we enjoyed the rest of the day together at the beautiful Belle Mare beach, making the experience both meaningful and memorable.

Thank you to all who joined us today for this noble act.

Grateful to everyone who joined us for this enriching one day retreat. Together, we explored an introduction to Qi Gong, shared meaningful Questions and Answers moments, reflected on the visible and invisible forces, enjoyed peaceful time in nature, and ended with a heartfelt gratitude practice. 💫

It was a day of connection, openness, and renewal. 🌿

Today, we celebrated the essence of Yoga – a journey from the physical to the spiritual. Our sessions explored the fundamentals of yoga, the importance of mental clarity, and how disease often begins with what we eat.
We dived deep into the three types of food – Tamas, Rajas, and Sattvic – and their effects on body and mind. Through mental yoga, we addressed how to overcome negativity and ignorance, guiding the mind toward awareness and peace.

Yoga is more than postures – it's a way of living in harmony with self, nature, and mankind. With positive thoughts, pure food, and a disciplined mind, we move closer to the divine state of Yoga.

Let’s continue to live in the state of Yoga – where body, mind, and spirit unite in balance and bliss.

We had an enlightening day at our spiritual retreat at the Nirvana Meditation Hall today! We explored the science of health, dove into the effects of acidic vs. alkaline foods, and uncovered the wisdom of Ho'oponopono – a powerful Hawaiian healing practice. The program also included insightful talks, interactive sessions, and a Q&A session that left us all inspired. Feeling refreshed and grateful for the opportunity to grow and connect!

Dear all,

Kindly note that the Annual Spiritual Retreat will be held at the Brahma Vidya Yoga Society on Sunday 17th November 2024 as from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Program will include talks and interactive sessions on the science of health, types of food (acidic and alkaline), deciphering Ho'oponopono: a legendary Hawaiian healing and cleansing method and Question and Answers amongst others.
