Two weeks ago , I had the privilege of speaking at Digital4Business company about breast cancer awareness. This experience underscored the critical role that education and early detection play in fighting this disease.

Breast cancer remains one of the most common cancers among women, yet with timely screening, we can significantly improve outcomes. Regular screenings such as self-palpation, breast ultrasounds and mammography can detect abnormalities before they develop into more serious issues, often when the cancer is most treatable.

It's vital to encourage self-examinations and regular check-ups, as early detection saves lives. Together, we can empower each other to prioritize our health, break the stigma, and create a supportive community focused on awareness and prevention. Let’s spread the message: early detection is key!
