The Employ - Ability Program is a social initiative focused on the employment of the PwD
The Employ-ability Program is a project that is being carried by Craft Aid Ltd in partnership with the Global Rainbow Foundation (GRF). The program is supported by the European Union through the Decentralised Cooperation Program. The aim of ‘Employ-ability’ is to provide such framework that will disrupt the poverty and disability cycle. In this endeavour, the ‘Employ-ability’ program will empower PwDs to become economically self-reliant. Furthermore, Employ-ability will facilitate the creation of opportunities available to PwDs by creating a synergy across NSAs and employers.
