Despite what most people believe, you don’t feel your environment or your circumstances, you feel your thinking about them.
Your emotions are always giving you feedback.
If something feels painful or heavy, it’s often a sign that your thoughts are out of alignment with your truth.
If it feels light or expansive, it means your thinking is in harmony with who you really are.
Listen to your emotions. They’re not random. They’re signals.
They’re saying:
“Hey, this thought hurts, maybe let it go.”
or
“Yes, this feels right, stay with it.”
