Crème brûlée

Ingrédients :

- 6 jaunes d’œuf
- 500 ml de crème entière fluide (ou à 35%)
- 50 g de sucre (1/4 cup)
- 1 gousse de vanille
- 6 cuillères à soupe de cassonade (sucre roux) pour caraméliser

Préparation :

Préchauffer le four à 160°.

Dans une casserole faire chauffer la crème dans laquelle on ajoute les grains de vanille obtenus en grattant la gousse de vanille fendue avec la pointe d’un couteau et porter à petite ébullition.

Dans un saladier mélanger les jaunes et le sucre.

Dès ébullition de la crème, verser la crème sur le mélange en fouettant.

Remplir 6 ramequins que l’on place dans un bain marie.

Cuire au four 25 mn.

Laisser refroidir puis mettre au réfrigérateur pendant 4 h.

Au moment de servir: Saupoudrer chaque ramequin de cassonade ou de sucre en poudre et caraméliser au chalumeau de cuisine. Attendre 1 mn et servir.
