*Treating Gluten intolerance*
Gluten intolerance (Gluten allergy) is defined as inflammation of small intestine; it is triggered whenever the patient eats Gluten that mainly comes from carbohydrates. Inflammation in the small intestine leads to a truncating of the villi which interferes with the absorption of nutrients, because the intestinal villi are responsible for absorption. Symptoms of gluten sensitivity include bloating, abdominal discomfort or pain, and diarrhea, muscular disturbances and bone or joint pain.
West says that the only known effective treatment is a lifelong gluten-free diet.
We feel that daily consumption of refined carbohydrates (wheat & rice), spoiled further with vegetable oils & over-consumption of animal proteins have gifted you Gluten allergy, we can't say that only the GLUTEN is guilty. So you will have to stop the following for at least 3 months :
Wheat, Rice, Barley, Corn Oil, Sunflower Oil, fish, chicken, meat, egg, cheese, butter, ghee, pickles
And the foods allowed are :
Prepare breads(/roti) with flours of either Green Mung Daal, Black chickpeas OR White Lobia (cowpeas), bread weight per meal should be less than 100 grams
Vegetables soups (avoid potatoes, egg-plant, cabbage, cauliflower, Okra)
Whole lentil soups with Extra-virgin Olive Oil (avoid washed lentils, always consume the shell, never touch Mash & Masoor Daals)
All fruits that suit you the most including dried figs, dates, raisins, POMEGRANATE will be the best
Nabeez, Barley Water, Sakanjabeen, check if the milk is good for you
Nuts like almonds & flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, avoid heavy to digest nuts which are Cashew, Pistachio, never take peanuts
Take Henna Water with good quality Honey at an empty stomach for 10 days continuously, discontinue Henna & take Honey with simple water
Make a blend with equal weights of Pomegranate rind, Rehan seeds (Tulsi) & Dill seeds, sieved properly & ground like a powder, take a tablespoon twice daily
Hijamah as 8 points on the back is essential for you, take at least 3-4 sessions, each repeated after 4 months.
