Maryoga Studio I am a Yoga Coach and founder of Maryoga Studio. I have learned yoga from Indira Gandhi Centre for I Hello my name is Mary.

I am a Yoga Coach and the founder of MaryogaStudio. I have learned yoga from the Indira Gandhi Centre for Indian Culture from 2006 to 2009. I love to promote health and wellness, bring about a change which offers people the opportunity to learn about the benefits of yoga, and apply those benefits to improve their lives. My motivation for learning Yoga is twofold: firstly I joined a regular yoga class in 2005 and this eased the constant pain in my left knee until it eventually disappeared. I was so impressed with the results that I decided to take up several yoga courses, and secondly from my interest in the mind-body connection and the power of yoga to bring balance to physical and mental health. This interest spurred me on and I began taking yoga classes and was mentored by some of the best hands in the world of yoga from India. I have taught yoga to persons from all walks of life on a part time basis, and now I have decided to go professional. I started my yoga classes first as a way of passing time but as time passed I was inspired to make my classes bigger and go professional. I have gained a high level of proficiency in yoga, and my classes are suitable for everyone, including children and the elderly.
