The Kerala Experience...
It all started with my wish to learn more about Ayurveda and ancient practices on bodywork therapies (massages). We came across the School of Ayurveda and Panchakarma and finally flew to India along with a friend, who helped me reach Kerala, Kannur. And thanks to whatapp I was always in contact with my family.
I started the courses and learn a lot from the doctors, therapists, tutors and teachers. But above all it was a unique life experience with the people I met there. People, now friends from all the world with the same desire of learning, sharing and enjoying a holistic approach and experience.
I just finished my Bodywork course, Yoga and Meditation course, Post/Pre-Natal course with long days and weeks efforts. I have learn so much that today I feel ready to help people here. Ayurveda and its techniques is beyond religious concept... for me it is a universal approach towards a better way of life.
