Key Responsibilities include :
- Overseeing daily lab operations & staff
- Ensuring safety, training & quality compliance
- Managing inventory, equipment & reports
- Driving continuous improvements & tech adoption
Qualifications and Requirements :
- MBA or relevant management qualification
- OR Science-related Degree/Diploma (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical)
- OR Degree/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
Preferred :
- Experience in lab operations or healthcare management
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Familiarity with quality standards & lab accreditation
