In celebration of World Hypertension Day 2026, our Public Health Unit successfully conducted a health screening session for the staff of Gamu Council under this year’s theme:

“Controlling Hypertension Together: Check Your Blood Pressure Regularly, Defeat the Silent Killer.”

More than 40 staff members were screened and provided with important health education to raise awareness on the prevention and control of hypertension.

Together, let’s take small steps towards a healthier community. 💙

This activity was organized not only as a symbolic gesture of celebration but also to recognize and honor the invaluable contributions of nurses who dedicate themselves to patient care every day.
