Ramadan is a month of blessings, prayers and reflection. It is also a time to practice gratitude, charity and to connect with our family and friends.
It is the perfect time to honor the spirit of the month, by making space for living a life that is full of grace, intentionality and purpose.
Intentional Living is our first guided journaling and mindfulness program, focusing on building a soft life, during this Ramadan. A month of intentional living that will help you commit to the important things in your life; to learn to say no, to seek refuge from the daily grind and to focus inwards for peace and quiet.
This program is not about adding something new to this month. It's about learning what works for you; to live slowly, with mindfulness to meet your needs and goals this Ramadan. And maybe you'll pick up some skills you can use for the rest of the year. And in the process meet with a community of like-minded people.
