Stop Smoking, Va**ng and Substance Abuse ⚠️

I have noticed that smoking, va**ng and substance abuse are turning into more of a lifestyle even among the youth. There has been less emphasis on the dangers of smoking. People are slowly killing themselves softly while they think its a way of life. As they smoke more they don't get fully satisfied thereafter end up into taking other m drugs. Our choices can either kill or make us live longer.

Smoking can csuse Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It can also cause Cancer and cardiovascular diseases. These are the most negative impact of smoking known as the 3Cs (Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease and COPD).

Smoking can also cause significant negative impact on the immune system. The immune system can weaken. It therefore puts one at risk to infections and diabetes type 2 just to mention but a few. Those who are HIV positive it may worsen their situation.

The big question is why do we do these things while they are a risk to our health and it is scientifically proven? Our health is based on the choices we make.

PORK AND BRAIN CANCER
According to a study at the Cancer Research Centre of Heidelberg in Germany, they concluded that consumption of processed pork increases the risk of cerebral glioma which is a type of cancer of central nervous system.

- Don't regularly eat pork or just eliminate it from diet.
- Avoid cooked ham
- Avoid pork
- Avoid fried bacon

There is Nitrosamine in pork and this is what forms carcinogenic effect and in turn causes cancer.

Say no to pork, say yes to better health.
