As we are counting down this last ¼ of the yea, 2024 has been a year of highs lows, overwhelming blessings and losses. It has been a rollercoaster, and as a result, I have struggled with finding a balance between everything. Finding that worklife balance is honestly underrated, and I think we need to applaud ourselves and others who have managed to work their way through it successfully and even those who are still trying to navigate through the balance.
