Optometrist (Full-Time)

Optivue Optometrists (pvt) Limited invites suitably qualified and experienced personnel to apply for the position of optometrist based in Blantyre.

Qualifications sought are as follows:

• BSc degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
• Licensed with medical council of Malawi
• Two years working experience in Optometry practice
• Driving license
• Optometric Technicians (OTs) with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing all duties of an Optometrist
• Managing day to day Operations for the practice
• Developing strategic plans for the optometry practice
• Conducting interviews and trainings for the new staff members
• Making sure that the practice is registered with all regulatory bodies
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to the managing director
• Supervising stock taking process
• Doing all duties as assigned by the Managing director/ Executive director
