Pakachere IHDC is local non-governmental organisation whose vision is that of a healthy nation where Malawians are empowered to make healthy lifestyle choices. The organization seeks to empower all Malawians, particularly the vulnerable, to choose and sustain healthy behaviours, through evidence-based health and development communication, community mobilisation and advocacy. Pakachere IHDC is registered in Malawi under Trustees incorporation Act, NGO board and Congoma. The Organisation complies to statutory reporting requirements and it has had clean financial audits ever since its establishment. Pakachere has significant financial capacity with robust financial policies and manuals to guide its operations. Pakachere IHDC’s focus areas include key populations, HIV prevention, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Nutritions and Girls Education among others.
