The Malawi Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists (MAMLS) was founded on 11th February 1998.The Association was formed to promote and safeguard the interests of medical laboratory science professionals and patients in the country. The Association is non-profit making and is not influenced by political, religious, ethnic or sub-regional considerations. Medical Laboratory Scientists in Malawi

are committed to co-operation amongst themselves to ensure quality medical laboratory services, the standardization of professional practice and capacity development. MAMLS was formed to help forge these professional links and improve standards of practice, training and education.

🎓 Call for Applications – MSc Position in Bioinformatics and Statistical Analysis at Stellenbosch University

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (Division of Immunology) at Stellenbosch University invites applications for an MSc position focused on bioinformatic and statistical analysis of multiplex cytokine array datasets from a TB cohort.

This research will explore immune response patterns using Luminex data from QuantiFERON-TB (QFT) supernatants, contributing to the understanding of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection outcomes.

📚 What the position offers:

Eligibility:
