Our 2FITrainers are Nationally Certified. National certification means that the trainers have demonstrated that have enough practical and theoretical knowledge on anatomy, physiology and kinesiology to train other individuals. Certification requires continuing education so that the trainers stay up-to-date with the most current updates and information on health and fitness. What this means to you (the client) is that you now have that knowledge working for you! Please see the Our Trainers section for more information about your trainers. Personalization:

One of the big advantages to personal training is that the “personal” factor. Your 2FITrainers will design a program specifically for you and your goals. Sure, you can get a program from the internet or an exercise DVD, but is it the right one for you? Are your needs being met and your questions answered? Is it going to change when you need it to? Most likely not—and some programs can actually cause more harm than good. By using a personal trainer you will get better results, faster….PLUS you have your own cheerleader, friend, and coach. Proper technique:

It’s extremely common in a gym to see people using improper technique and poor form. Not only is this wasting your time but it can lead to undesirable results (such as muscle imbalance)and possibly injury. By training with a professional, you ensure that you’re doing your exercises properly, and getting the best results with none of the injuries. Fun:

One of the most common reasons for people stopping exercise is BOREDOM. How many people do you know or see at the gym who are doing mindless cardio on an elliptical machine while reading a magazine? It is unlikely that such people are getting much out of their workouts, or having fun. You must enjoy working out. When you have fun, you are more likely to stick to your program and therefore achieve your fitness goals! Many new-to-training client complaints are that they don’t like training because it is tedious and dull. Once we show them some fun new ways to exercise, rather than the same ol’ routine, they start seeing results and actually enjoying it!

I'm so thrilled to announce that I was a guest this week on "It's Messy, But It's So Good," the podcast that dives into the inspiring journeys of people chasing their dreams and overcoming life's hurdles.

It was amazing working with the host, Francine Medina, for a whole year! Fran shared: "Through working with Michelle in the Metabolic Momentum Method, I was able to reset my metabolism, start a regular exercise routine, and reach my ideal weight!"

And this is all after years of dieting in her late 60s! And the best part is she is keeping it off.

Here's a sneak peek at some of the highlights and show notes:

✨ My Background: My journey began in Africa, where I witnessed poverty and malnutrition firsthand, which sparked my passion for health and nutrition. My background as a teacher, massage therapist, a nutritionist, and personal trainer running our own fitness studio with my husband for ten years set me up to transfer to the digital space

✨ My Health Journey: My health really took a hit when I lost my period for four years due to overtraining, dieting and over stressing. But after diving deep into the world of female hormones and metabolism, I was able to fix these issues by making some changes to my lifestyle and mindset. Even though I faced three heartbreaking miscarriages, I worked hard on my self-worth and perspective, and eventually had two successful pregnancies.

✨ Creating My Signature Program: I took all my knowledge and experience and turned it into the Metabolic Momentum Method, my signature program. I also transitioned into a CEO role within my business, and now have a whole team of amazing coaches supporting my clients.

✨ Practices and Rituals: Besides my professional journey, I also emphasize the importance of rituals in my daily life. I have morning and evening routines that incorporate gratitude, affirmations, EFT tapping, and journaling. My advice is to start small with these rituals and slowly build them up over time.
