1. Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records in digital systems and ensuring timely reporting.
Qualification & Experience
• Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong computer and typing skills (MS Excel, Word, and database systems).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry or clerical work.
2. Human Resources Officer
Job Description
Responsible for recruitment, staff welfare, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
Qualification & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office & HR software).
3. Marketing Officer
Job Description
Responsible for promoting company products, conducting market surveys, and managing customer relations.
Qualification & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
4. Hygiene Officer
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety standards across all company premises.
Qualification & Experience
• Diploma or Certificate in Environmental Health or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hygiene or cleaning supervision.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures.
5. Administration Officer
Job Description
Responsible for handling administrative duties including fleet management, licenses, insurance, and general office coordination.
Qualification & Experience
• Diploma in Business Administration or Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literate.
6. Accountant
Job Description
Responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualification & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
7. Logistics Operations Manager
Job Description
The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations across the company’s supply chain. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring logistics strategies that support business growth and service excellence.
Qualification & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics or transport management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
