and I met about six years ago, she was my first friend here in Ajijic 🤍 I remember being shocked when she shared she’s been vegan since she was born (not common at all as a Mexican) Her love for animals and Mama Earth is inspirational ✨
It seems like yesterday when she created with her partner/babys father 🍀
I know first hand that this family owned restaurant pours their hearts into every meals 💙
Their dishes are all made from scratch, they use quality ingredients only and no processed food at ALL! They also have Gluten Free options that are actually healthy and delicious 🤤
I’m grateful to have her as a friend and collaborator, cannot stress enough the importance of coming together as humans and the fun there is in co creating with your tribe! 🫂🫧
