Yoga with Cindy has now concluded classes for the season. See everyone in November.

I am excited to announce that Gloria Fernandez will be teaching classes at Casa Ayita starting tomorrow Wednesday May 21st. Gloria is an experienced and gifted instructor.

Classes will run at 10am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please note time change.

It's high season! Monday and Wednesday Yin Classes are very popular. Pass students wiil have priority over Walk-ins. Arrive early if you have a favorite spot.
