Announcement!

Class is canceled this Friday April 10th and next Friday April 17th.

Yoga with Cindy and Michele will be ending for the season on Saturday April 18th.

Please join us for class this week and/or next.

Cindy will be back to teaching in Bucerias early November. Watch this page for updates.

We are in high season now! I love seeing my fellow Yogis in class enjoying the benefits of a consistent practice.

Monday and Wednesday's Yin Classes are very popular and starting today Monday, January 19th, I will need to require any walk-in students to be on standby for class space until 5 minutes before the 11am start. Students with passes will have priority.

Bringing your own mats, blocks and blankets/towels will also allow more students to participate in class.

Cindy is taking a quick trip north so Michele will be teaching her classes starting Wednesday, December 3rd.

Cindy will resume teaching Monday, December 15th.

Classes December 3rd-13th will run Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 11am.

Classes starting the week of December 15th will run everyday at 11am, except no class on Sunday and some select holidays.

If you have a pass with Cindy, please pay Michele separately. Thanks!

Friday is my TGIF Gentle Vinyasa Flow Class. Also at 11am.
