Hello everyone,
This message is directed to my patients, friends, colleagues and detractors. I would like to inform you that I have been absent from my clinic due to health problems regarding my legs, of which I still have pending treatments. This does not mean that I have detached myself from my responsibilities as a dentist and director of the clinic. Through 25 years I have maintained a compromise with myself and the people that have required my services. The clinic will continue to work with honesty, professionalism and loyalty towards my patients. During this time there have been many satisfied patients (the majority) as well as those in which unfortunately we have made mistakes. Making it clear that we have always made our best effort to compensate for those mistakes, maybe in time or maybe not. We have never acted with malice towards anyone yet I would still like to offer my most sincere apology to those who may have felt that way. I would like to thank those who have supported me, fortunately we have been able to move forward. For this reason, I am retiring from practicing dentistry. Thank god, I have been able to build an excellent team of dentist who specialize in different areas each. As evidence of so, I will attach each one of their CVs so you have the peace and tranquility that you will be taken care of just as you all deserve. In charge of the clinic will be my wife, Claudia Flores. Reiterating, you will still see me day by day, making sure that you will be treated with seriousness and professionalism.
Lastly, I thank God for having the opportunity to have your support during all these years, as well as my brother Flavio Torres to who I owe where I am today. I would like to also thank CMQ Hospital for opening their doors to my dental office. I thank you all infinitely.

Me dirijo a ustedes pacientes, amigos, colegas y detractores.
Quiero informarles que me he ausentado de la Clínica por problemas de salud en las piernas, de los cuales aún me quedan tratamientos pendientes. Esto no significa que me haya desligado de mi responsabilidad como Dentista y Director de la clínica. A través de 25 años he mantenido un compromiso conmigo mismo y con las personas que han requerido de mis servicios. La Clínica continuará trabajando con honestidad, profesionalismo y con mi fiel compromiso hacia ustedes.
Durante este tiempo han habido pacientes satisfechos (la mayoría) así como pacientes con los cuales desafortunadamente se han cometido errores. Aclarando que se ha hecho el mayor esfuerzo posible por resarcirlos quizá a tiempo, quizá no. Definitivamente nunca se ha actuado con dolo y les ofrezco mis más sinceras disculpas. Agradezco a los que me han apoyado, afortunadamente hemos salido adelante.
Por esta razón, me retiro de la práctica clínica. Gracias a Dios he podido armar un excelente equipo de dentistas especialistas, cada uno en sus diferentes áreas. Adjunto como evidencia sus respectivos Curriculums para que tengan la tranquilidad de que serán atendidos como se merecen. A cargo de la clínica se queda mi esposa, Claudia Flores.
Reiterando que me verán día a día, asegurando de que sean tratados con seriedad y profesionalismo.
Por último, doy gracias a Dios por haber contado con el apoyo de ustedes durante todos estos años y de mi hermano, Flavio Torres a quien le debo donde estoy. Así mismo, al Hospital CMQ por haberme abierto sus puertas. Les agradezco infinitamente!
