How to get shredded for summer (no BS)

Eat real food. Build meals around meat, eggs, fruit, and quality fats.

Hit your protein. At least 30g per meal and aim for 1g per lb of ideal bodyweight.

Lift weights 3–5x a week. Add Pilates 1–2x for control and core.

Walk daily. Sleep like it matters… because it does.

Simple works if you actually do it.

First time checking out the Costco Business Centre and there are some solid deals if you know what you’re looking for.

Picked up a whole beef ribeye and a tomahawk steak both ungraded. In Canada ungraded beef simply means it hasn’t gone through the official Canadian beef grading system like AAA, AA or A. That usually happens because it’s packaged for food service or bulk buyers instead of retail shelves.

Because it’s not graded you’re not paying for that grading process so quality can vary a bit more cut to cut. But that’s also why the price can come in way lower if you know how to pick your steaks.

This ribeye worked out to under 25 dollars per kilo after the discount which is pretty wild for ribeye right now.

I also grabbed some local Bothwell cheese and restocked a few staples while I was there.

If you’ve got a Costco Business Centre nearby it’s worth checking out.
