Blend:
• ½ cup cottage cheese
• 2–3 tbsp kefir or almond milk
• handful of raspberries
• lemon zest

Top with:
• fresh raspberries
• walnuts, lemon zest or dark chocolate shavings

3 things you can do TODAY to get in shape by summer ⬇️

Not with hacks. Not with extremes.
With fundamentals done consistently.

1️⃣ Start logging your food (today).
You can’t fix what you don’t see.
Awareness is currency.

Download a free app and log everything for 7 days:
• MyFitnessPal
• FatSecret
• Cronometer

No judgment. No perfection.
Just data. Data drives fat loss.

2️⃣ Pick up some weights.
If you only do cardio → add strength 2–3x/week.
If you don’t work out at all → start simple.

Muscle = metabolism.

You don’t lose fat in the gym.
You lose it when you sleep.
