Love dessert but still want results?
My go-to high-protein dessert:
Blend:
• ½ cup cottage cheese
• 2–3 tbsp kefir or almond milk
• handful of raspberries
• lemon zest
Top with:
• fresh raspberries
• walnuts, lemon zest or dark chocolate shavings
Sweet. Fresh. High protein.
