Hello, my dear friends,

The first step in letting go is being willing to open to your awareness of yourself as a universe of infinite possibilities.

To have this letting go experience, you remove any emotional blocks and barriers about your worthiness.

This simple release exercise done regularly, helps open and empty yourself of many burdens and worries you may have been carrying for a long time.

Feel the energy of your physical body, let go of any worthiness energy and feel it go back to neutral, back to the universe.

There may be other beliefs or feelings that you have about connecting with your Soul that may bring a subtle feeling of resistance. Even though you feel your life experience will be greatly enhanced by connecting with your Soul, you may have some worries about your life changing.

Each time you go back, and do this Letting Go visualization, take just a few minutes and write how you feel. When you do this, it brings a sense of accomplishment to your feeling world. It brings comfort and strength to your personality as well as a sense of confidence and trust.

Hello, my dear friend,

Life is a series of choices my friends, and we have the power to choose how we experience life, through the choices we make.

We can choose to direct our focus in a positive way or we can choose to focus our attention in a negative way.

The choice will always be solely yours. However, if we choose to focus on the positive, we then begin to train our body and minds to do this automatically and we attract more positivity into our life.

It’s that wonderful. 😁

No matter who you are, know this—you cannot experience everything in the universe in your life.

You only will be able to pick and choose those things you like.

Think about this, my friend...

In a buffet you get 200 courses; the choices are unlimited. You can do anything you want. But in these five seconds you choose to get a bite of chicken and give up the other delicious food around you. If you tried to put all these 200 courses into your mouth, hallelujah!—you would be another god!

So make a choice.

So, don’t burn yourself out.

Whatever you do, you already are given the situation and the knowledge; you already have done the best.

And sometimes if life is busy and you just can’t do your qigong exercises, that’s okay. The next day or week you’ll find time to go back.

You can do it with your mind.

Qigong is supposed to help you with joy, it is not supposed to create more stress.

Hello, my dear friends,

It’s wonderful to know a lot, but to put it into practice is different energy, higher energy, and as you keep practicing what you know, you discover in the most wonderful way that you become the lesson you practice.

You practice at home, you practice the lesson everywhere you go, and in everything you do.

Qigong learning is all about practice.

You don’t need to know more about Qigong to do it or to enjoy its benefits. You don’t even need to understand it. You just have to do it.

Qigong-learning is only 30 or 20 or even 10% about the information you know; “learning” Qigong is actually 70 or 80 or even 90% practice.

So, learn from our friend who wrote in: “you don’t need to know more about Qigong to do it or to enjoy its benefits. You don’t even need to understand it. You just have to do it!”

Most of us are raised to think the opposite. “Once I know everything there is to know about this thing, then I can do it really, really well.” Not with Qigong. Only by doing it do you learn it, and the more and more you do it, the more you understand it.

So – you already know what you need to know. Just start!

The sooner you take action, the sooner you will feel good.

Practice Every day, even if it is only for a few minutes. Now is as good of a place as any to begin.

Hello, my dear friends,

It’s easy to look at pain as a “punishment” to give it a moral dimension, but really, pain is just our body’s way of letting us know we are out of balance

We can also look at pain as the body’s way of communicating to us that we need to pay attention to something.

Maybe we are doing too much of something, maybe we are doing too little of another thing, or maybe we are doing the wrong thing for us at that moment.

Pain is intelligence and compassion.

Pain is a message, information shared with our consciousness for our benefit.

Qigong teaches us ways to ask and receive messages, and Qigong provides us a means to balance the imbalances that cause pain.

As healers, pain serves to teach us, directly through our own lived experiences, compassion, patience, and sympathy for the pain of others.

Pain is a guide and pain is a gift. It guides us to our own healing and prepares us to help others.

Qigong is a study of energy and since everything is a form of energy, Qigong is a study of the whole universe, including physics, chemistry, psychology, biology, astrology, electricity, medicine, etc.

In Qigong, we are studying and working with energy: how it works in the world and in the body, and how we can use that understanding to benefit ourselves and the world.

Allow yourself to feel happiness, joy, peace, contentment and gratitude.

When you allow yourself to THINK and FEEL Happiness running through each part of your body, you become aware of the situation of your body.

When you become aware of your body in this moment, you are better able to observe your emotions, your behavior, and your thoughts, without becoming attached to them.

As we practice Qigong , we come to realize that mental power is more powerful than physical power.
