Welcome to The Studio Chelem! I’m glad you are interested in us. We are a boutique fitness studio with a small teacher to student ratio providing greater personal attention, assistance, as well as class and movement modification support.
Our current group class rate is 200 pesos for dropins. Because class size is limited, you must reserve your space in advance by sending me a messenger message or WhatsApp text at +52 999 553 6454 All my classes are suitable for most fitness levels including beginner and we have both new and experienced students, men and women, young and old.
Class packs are available 10classes for 1500 pesos, 3 month expiration.
Monthly rate (starting at the first of the month) is 1200 pesos or less. Please contact me for this month’s rate.
Private yoga (1 person) classes are available at your convenience either in studio or in your chosen space within Chelem, Chuburna and Progreso (additional travel fee of 150 pesos) for 600 pesos per hour. Semi-private classes (up to 5 people) are available for 1000 pesos an hour. Please feel free to contact me at the number above or by messenger.
Current Class Descriptions
Barre Sculpt: A combination of Pilates, yoga, traditional strength training and ballet conditioning moves (not dance, think plié squats). Class is taught in a short interval format and improves balance, strength and muscle tone. We use body weight and props such as bands, balls, blocks, light weights, magic rings and sliders to create the signature barre burn.
Iron Sculpt: This class is traditional strength and conditioning training using mostly hand weights and occasionally other props. Clsss is typically taught in short interval format for strength, power, balance and endurance.
Self Care Stretch: This class is a mixture of yoga, stretching, breathwork and meditation designed to rest, release and rejuvenate. We do mainly seated stretches and releases for the body and practice breathing, presence, self love and care for the mind and soul. A yummy end of the week treat for yourself.
