🌲Day 5 of Meals & Movement! Today’s movement was an easy, but beautiful walk. Didn’t get much exercise out of it persay, but we were outside, enjoying the day! 💚

🥗For my nourishing meal idea, I’m sharing one of my fave, easy meals. A loaded salad! This one is using Epicures Creamy Ranch, which is SO GOOD!

🥗 A loaded salad bowl is always easy and satisfying. I LOOOOVE Epicure’s Creamy Ranch. So good as a dressing, dip, or seasoning for potatoes and such.

🥗I also used Epicures SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) to season the sweet potatoes & chick peas. 😋

🌲It’s day four of seven, for Nourishing Meals & Movement. We have a few ppl joining in and sharing their healthy meal ideas and daily movement, which is so fun! 🙌🏻🌷✨

🌷Today was an afternoon walk on one of my favourite trails. So many wild flowers spotted along the way!! 💐

🍲I don’t know what this is called, so I just called it “Mixed Bowl”. But it’s easy, delicious and you can add whatever you enjoy.

🍲Make it with rice as your base instead, make it a “taco bowl” with taco fixings, use chicken, beef or tofu…it’s very versatile.

🍲Epicure’s seasonings ARE SO GOOD, gluten free, salt conscious & I just love them. Browse the 🔗 in cmts if interested.👇🏻✨
