Processed sugars, ultra-processed foods, low-quality dairy, gluten, cold foods and alcohol.
This isn’t forever — but removing these gave my gut space to regulate and repair
Remove these first so you can rebuild your gut properly for long-term health. It also helps reset habits — once ultra-processed foods are out, you realize they were more addictive than satisfying 🤷🏻♀️

Think: soups, stews, warm breakfasts, room-temp drinks > ice-cold smoothies and iced water
